Use:

1. Before handling the menstrual cup, make sure your hands are clean. (Remember to sterilize the cup before the first insertion).

2. It is recommended that you insert the cup in one of the following positions: sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing, try one of these positions and choose the one that works best for you.

3. To facilitate insertion, you can moisten the cup with water lubricating gel if necessary.

4. Next, fold the cup lengthwise and insert it back into the vagina.

5. When inserting into the vagina, release your fingers and allow the cup to fully unfold and adhere to the vaginal wall.

Size S is ideal for normal flow and size L is more suitable for heavy flow.
