Shipping and Returns Policy

Product Delivery
Products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the order process. Please ensure the address provided is correct and complete to avoid any delays or returns.

Receiving Your Package
When receiving your package, we recommend checking the condition of the goods in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice any damage (shock, dent, scratches on the product), please refuse the package and note specific reservations on the delivery receipt. Without these reservations, we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free within mainland England for all orders.

Sales Contract
The sales contract is concluded between the seller and the buyer once the buyer has paid for the order and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale.

Product Packaging
Products are delivered in sealed packaging to ensure their integrity.

Delivery Deadlines and Delays
If the delivery deadline exceeds 4 weeks (excluding force majeure cases), you may request the cancellation of the order. To do this, send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to our customer service after granting us a reasonable additional period to make the delivery. If we do not comply within this period, the order will be canceled and you will be fully refunded.

Product Preparation and Shipment
Upon receipt of your payment, we commit to sending the merchandise carefully packaged.

Refusal to Verify Package Contents by the Carrier
If the delivery person or counter refuses to verify the contents of the package in your presence:

You may refuse the package, or
You may accept the package and indicate on the receipt that you were not allowed to check the contents. By signing the delivery receipt without specific reservations, you acknowledge having received the goods in satisfactory condition. Any subsequent claims regarding the condition of the delivered products cannot be accepted, and all returns will be at your expense.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, it will be reshipped at your expense.

Absence at the Time of Delivery
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notice in your mailbox. You can pick up the package at the location and within the timeframe indicated on this notice.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the products. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email or postal mail). The products must be returned in their original condition and unused. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or not as described.

Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is delivered damaged or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the return and exchange or refund.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a maximum of 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
